Something New for ’22!

We have two new therapy programs coming to the Playhouse this month!

First is CAREing Paws with pet therapy for kids ages 6-10! Pet therapy helps build confidence in children, improves their empathy levels, and teaches them to care for other creatures. CAREing Paws believe that life is enhanced by the human-animal bond. They also have the kids read to the dogs, building their reading and communication skills. Pet Therapy will be held one Saturday a month starting on January 29. See our calendar (linked below) to register! Learn more about this local company here: https://www.careingpaws.org/

Music therapy has always been a part of our curriculum but now it will be available for the older kids and on Saturdays! Nicole Payne of RompinRhythym will join our amazing team of therapists and offer once a month programs for the 6-10 age group and 0-5 age group. We have scheduled her sessions to follow CAREing Paws so that our families can maximize their time and experience a wonderful start to the weekend! Her first sessions will be held on January 29 and we can’t wait to welcome her as part of the GiGi’s family!
