B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation providing foundational support!
We would love to shed light on the incredible work being done by a foundation that is making a real difference in the non-profit sector throughout North Central Wisconsin. B.A. & Esther Greenheck foundation has been quietly but diligently supporting non-profit organizations by providing crucial funds for staff support. We often hear about the impact of donations on programs and services, but it’s equally important to recognize the significance of funding for staff members who are the backbone of non-profits, staff like your Playhouse Manager, Erica!
By funding positions such as managers, administrative staff, and directors, B.A. & Esther Greenheck foundation is ensuring that non-profits can continue their essential work effectively and sustainably. Behind every successful program is a dedicated and skilled team, and this foundation’s support is truly changing lives.
The B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation was established in 1998 by Bernie and Esther Greenheck. Today, their son-in-law and daughter, Brian and Sandy Gumness — as well as their grandchildren and several community leaders — play an important role in managing the foundation and preserving Bernie and Esther’s legacy.
The B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation operates completely independently of Greenheck Fan Corporation. Their purpose is to provide financial support for meaningful projects in North Central Wisconsin that enhance the area’s arts, education, health, economic and social development resources. Playhouse Manager, Erica wrote a grant for staff support, and we recently received a grant award for almost $30,000! Thank You B.A. & Esther Greenheck for your support and belief in GiGi’s Playhouse Wausau!
