GiGi’s At Home Virtual Programming

GiGi’s At Home

We are excited to bring you GiGi’s At Home VIRTUAL programming and resources!  GiGi’s Playhouse facilitates over 4,400 free therapeutic and educational program hours a week at GiGi’s locations across the United States and Mexico. It is important to know these programs are typically facilitated in a group or one-on-one setting in a GiGi’s Playhouse. Just because we are physically distant, does not mean you can’t have access to the same purposeful programming that you are accustomed to. The great news is we have two ways for you to stay connected to GiGi’s Playhouse programs.

Check out our Live and On Demand Programs at gigisplayhouse.org/gigisathome.

GiGi’s At Home Live!

GiGi’s At Home Live is our way of bringing purposeful programs to you each and every day at a specific time. This allows you to interact with our volunteer program leaders and fellow participants engaging in purposeful activities designed for your loved one’s age group. All you need to do is click here for GiGi’s At Home Live, then click on the calendar link and log in!

GiGi’s At Home On Demand!

GiGi’s At Home On Demand is our way of bringing purposeful programs to you at a time that is convenient for you. You will have access to program recordings, lesson plans and activities to use when you are ready. All you need to do is click here for GiGi’s At Home On Demand!

How can you help?

  • Log Your Participation Hours . We all are used to checking in for programs at the Playhouse, and it is just as important for you to check-in for these at home programs. An email was sent to families with a check-in link that will pre-load your family information to make check-in a breeze. Tracking participation hours allows us to demonstrate our impact not only in our community but across the globe! It also allows us to ask for funding from donors and grantors, report back to donors on requirements of funds granted, and allows us to strategically plan for our growth.

  • Share your voice and share the impact. Take a photo or video of your loved one participating in GiGi’s At Home programming, post it on social media, share it in an email to syracuse@gigisplayhouse.org, tag @GiGisPlayhouseSyracuse, use hashtags #GiGisAtHome #GiGisBelieves #PurposefulPrograms! We want to hear your story and see the impact we are making in your life.

  • Donate. As a network, GiGi’s Playhouse offers 4,400 FREE programming hours each week!  We are working hard to fill that void with GiGi’s At Home. We will continue to work, day and night, to serve our families. We have had to cancel over 50 large crowd gathering events which account for 76% of all revenues in March and April. We are working on virtual events for these locations, but we still need YOUR help! Please consider making a donation TODAY!

We are here to offer you support, please check our blog and social media pages for additional resources and information.

We are looking forward to seeing your smiling faces during GiGi’s At Home Programs until we are all safely able to come together in the Playhouse. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at syracuse@gigisplayhouse.org.

Hello ,I live in Florida but I have a down syndrome daughter ,her name is Emily, she is 7,but here where I am in Orlando they don’t have schools for specifically for down syndrome kids.Do you accept medicaid payment ,because she is at UCP here and I do not have to pay, her medicaid plan pays her therapies and the school.
Thanks beforehand for your attention,I am thinking on moving from florida because here she does not get enough therapies and there is not specialized schools

Hi Doris! All of our programming is free! No one ever pays to participate in any of our programs. We have a location a little over an hour away from you in Tampa.
