  9. Building friendships
  10. Advocating fiercely
  11. Loving unconditionally
  12. Smiling ear-to-ear
  13. Making memories
  14. Breaking barriers
  15. Joy.

This list does not come close to expressing everything we feel when reflecting back on the 15 years that GiGi’s Playhouse Rockford has been in existence. Looking back on the opening in 2011, the expansion in 2016, programs from beginning to now, first events to last year’s events, and everything in between, it’s put into perspective how much growth has truly happened in so many facets. Our building has grown, the families we serve have multiplied, and the community and volunteer connection has been exponential. The world has grown! Perspectives have shifted, groundbreaking news has occurred. Through it all, GiGi’s Playhouse Rockford has persevered and continued to be filled with love and joy. The atmosphere goes far beyond the physical walls of the Playhouse. We are forever grateful and are so proud to reach 15 years – and forever to come.
