Lasting Impact

Ann, from Rock Valley Credit Union, recently reached out to ask if their organization could host an event for GiGi’s Playhouse Rockford. After some great conversation and shared excitement, we decided that Rock Valley Credit Union would host our February Friday Friends get-together—complete with a dance party! 💃🕺

As we worked through the details, Ann shared why partnering with GiGi’s was such an easy and meaningful decision for them. Several years ago, her son volunteered with our Friday Friends program. What started as a volunteer opportunity quickly became something much more—an experience so positive and impactful that he still talks about it to this day. That single act of volunteering left a lasting impression, one that stayed with their family and ultimately came full circle in this new partnership. 💙
