What does GiGis mean to me, Joy!

When asked “What does being a volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse mean to me?” my response has to be “Joy”.  If I were to create a visual representation of this, it would be a photo collage.  Framed in the middle would be an image of a toddler laughing as she participates in the LMNOP program. A photo capturing the staff and volunteers who spend countless hours making GiGi’s a success would be framed on the right.  Gracing the left would be an image of the parents and caregivers who grant us the privilege of working with their amazing family members. Interspersed among the photos would be the words “Educate”, “Inspire”, “Believe”.   People working together to create  a special kind of happiness for those being served and those who serve, a new definition of joy;  that is what GiGi’s Playhouse means to me.
