Participant Best of All

This month we’re not highlighting just one person! We’re so proud of all the spring Prep & Achievers participants. They all gave their #bestofall each week. If you missed the 10-day blog series highlighting these programs and participants, be sure to go back and check them out.

Volunteer Spotlight

In addition to the participants giving their best of all, the leaders and assistants for the spring Prep & Achievers all deserve a round of applause. Playhouse Inspiration

This year’s World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st was inspirational and amazing. We had our first partnership with Black Hawk College with activities taking place at both campuses and held a pizza party here at the Playhouse too! The celebration and awareness didn’t stop there though.

Every other post on social media seemed to be a different business, organization, or school celebrating and raising awareness by rocking their socks or wearing yellow and blue ribbons.

Plus, we had 12 celebration/awareness kits go out into the community thanks to parents.
