The fall 2025 semester runs from September 2nd through December 12th. There will be no programs or tutoring sessions November 24-29th due to Thanksgiving Break. Further information on exact offerings and dates is listed below. Click on the program name or pictures to get registered!

Teen Tastic is where fun meets growth! Teens will enjoy a mix of games, new activities, and plenty of time to socialize with friends. As we dive into exciting new hobbies and team-based activities, we’ll also focus on building important skills like responsibility, setting expectations, and communication. It’s all about learning, connecting, and having a great time together!
Kitchen Teen is the perfect place for teens to build confidence and sharpen their cooking skills! In this hands-on program, participants will explore kitchen safety, food prep, and different cooking methods like sautéing, baking, and grilling. Along the way, they’ll try new ingredients, learn about balanced meals, and grow their independence, all while having fun and creating delicious dishes together.
Unwind, strengthen, and find your balance with our Yoga program recommended for ages 13+. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class combines movement, mindfulness, and breath work to help you feel more focused, centered, and in tune with yourself. Build strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience while learning tools to manage stress, stay calm, and focus in everyday life. It’s all about cultivating self-awareness, embracing the present moment, and finding inner peace.
Recommended for ages 13+: SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet with the perfect balance of cardio and dance. SHiNE is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected.
Recommended for 16+: Join us at CrossFit for a fun and supportive fitness experience! Our program isn’t just about working out, it’s about pushing yourself, celebrating progress, and building friendships. With every squat, push-up, and new challenge, you’ll work alongside a fitness buddy, sharing laughter and achievements along the way. It’s one of GiGi’s Nashville’s most beloved programs, designed to make fitness enjoyable while you grow stronger and more confident.
