A Historic Day On The Golf Course

On Monday, September 18 we gathered at The Governor’s Club for our 10th annual Golf Tournament presented by Nissan, Hyundai, and Genesis of Cool Springs! The weather could not have been more perfect for the sold-out event. The day started early with registration and an open driving range. We had InMotion on site to offer complementary stretches to get our golfers warmed up for the day! After some great speeches from our Executive Director, Denise, and our Ambassadors, Ryan and Bethany, our golfers were off to enjoy the beautiful course.

Lunch was provided by Waldo’s Chicken and Beer and was served out on the course. It is always a hit and our golfers loved it again this year! Our golfers had the option to take part in our game package which included an air cannon, mulligans, a string game and more!

We had prizes for our first place, second place, and last place teams and prizes were graciously donated by The Governor’s Club, SeeMore Putters, and TD Auto Finance. With the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, and donors we had our most successful event to date! We raised over $100,000 with all the proceeds going towards providing life-changing programming for our friends with Down syndrome!

We want to thank our amazing sponsors for making this day a tremendous success and cannot wait for next year!
