McHenry GiGi’s Playhouse Library

Michelle Polizzi, Board Member, has started a resource library at the playhouse! We are all really excited about having resources for parents of and individuals with Down Syndrome available right here at the playhouse! We will have a selection of titles available for borrowing and an online catalog for browsing. It’s a big project but we can’t wait to get started. Michelle has an amazing vision of a place where new and expectant parents can go to get information about their child’s diagnosis, where books by, about and for indviduals with Down Syndrome can be found and positive, informative and fun resources are organized and waiting! I know I’m excited!!!

We need BOOK DONATIONS! Parents, were there books you found helpful to read that you no longer have need for? Books that you loved that you would have liked to have had access to?
