Welcome Will, the first baby of 2022 to GiGi’s Playhouse.

Welcoming new families is always exciting!

Will and his family walked into GiGi’s Playhouse January 11th. They have been attending such as LMNOP every Tuesday at 10am Language Music N’ Our Peeps (LMNOP).

LMNOP supports the therapeutic-based development of young children with Down syndrome with goals of achieving the following:

  • Introduce and practice the use of basic signs/gestures/pictures to support language development.
  • Increase language development, with focus on vocabulary development, following basic directions and social interaction with peers using music, stories and play.
  • Introduce transitions and circle time; key skills needed to prepare children for pre-school and beyond.

Each week Will’s family continues to build relationships with other families in the playhouse during programs. Relationships that will last a lifetime.

“Gigi’s has welcomed Will with open arms. The LMNOP program is helping us learn signs from an early age. Most important, we have loved meeting with families, staff and all our new friends.” – Laurie, Will’s Mom

We make a lifetime commitment to our families at GiGi’s Playhouse. Families are empowered with all the tools the need to succeed and ALL  Programs are FREE of cost to our families.

“Welcoming new families is my favorite part of my job. We are able to watch participants grow and thrive from our free programs.” -Karen Owens

GiGi Gianni LOVES meeting and holding new babies, so when she had the opportunity to welcome Will and his family to GiGi’s Playhouse Hoffman Estates she was on it!

Join us every Tuesday and Saturday morning at 10am for LMNOP!
