Meet our new Volunteer Rachel!

We are excited to introduce our new Destination Discovery leader and math tutor Rachel Wartell! Rachael will be entering her junior year of college at the University Of Illinois. Her major is special education and minoring in communication. In her free time Rachel enjoys going to the beach, making s’mores at a bonfire, and spending time with family and friends. Rachael is looking forward to meeting everyone over the Summer.

Destination Discovery is a FREE program that supports the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills and language through purposeful play and peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also brings families together to share experiences and build relationships. Destination Discovery will be held in person on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 4:30 – 6pm.  All ages are welcome.
