30 Days of Gratitude

Day 4: Maggie & NovaCare, Drake University students

GiGi’s Playhouse is extremely grateful for all the partnerships we have with local organizations and today we would like to acknowledge Maggie from NovaCare and our Drake University interns.  Drake has been sending us OT interns for 1 week internships for 30 hours.  So our interns have been given a crash-course on GiGi’s Playhouse and we dove right in with having the Drake University students lead Busy Hands, Bigger Plans.  We started in August with Danae and in October had Lauren.  Maggie was a trusted advisor and gave great advise to both our interns and parents during the program.  Thank you for your willingness to share your expertise and time helping out the families of GiGi’s Playhouse Fox Valley!  We look forward to a beneficial relationship with NovaCare and Drake University!!!
