November 22-American Heritage Girls and the Birthday Giving Program

November 22

30 Days of Gratitude

Day 22 (so messed up and out of order):

The fourth Friday of the month is our Family Fun Night, and this November, Grace (sister of one of our participants), asked if she and her American Heritage Girls could host Family Fun Night.  Of course we said yes, we are always so happy to have different community groups in the Playhouse learning about our mission and engaging with our participants.  The girls had a great time playing different games like freeze tag and making some unusual turkeys with googly eyes and feathers.

At Family Fun Night we also celebrate the birthdays of participants of our Playhouse.  The Birthday Giving Program generously donates a cake for dessert and a present for our participant.  This past Friday was the Sweet 16 of Faith.  We were so excited to be able to share in this special night with her.  Thank you American Heritage Girls and The Birthday Giving Program!
