Generation G

 Generation G

Hello GiGi’s Playhouse Fox Valley,

With the start of a new year, here at the Playhouse we want to start off with a new theme for our Playhouse and that is Generation G, the “Best of All”. At GiGi’s Playhouse Fox Valley not only are we raising awareness and changing the world’s view of individuals with Down syndrome but we are also changing the lives of our participants as well.

“Best of All” is a daily challenge to do a little better than you did the day before and it is always celebrated. Standing one second longer, reading just one more word, learning just one new number, taking one more step are all examples of displaying the Best of All. It is a challenge here at GiGi’s Fox Valley we want to take.

Generation G is a movement with a mindset to see a positive change take place in an individual. Generation G sees potential and achievement where others see weakness. Generation G is standing up for people of all abilities and their right to an opportunity and global acceptance. Every individual at GiGi’s Playhouse is a part of Generation G.

In order to display what we believe, we would love for you Fox Valley family to send us pictures, stories, events, and more of your child and his or her progress that they make to foxvalley@gigisplayhouse.org and let us know what GiGi’s means to you and your family. We want to celebrate together as a family the success each participant makes! We want to hear from you!

“Best of All” from your Fox Valley Intern Christina
