Friends Fun & Fitness is #BestOfAll

We are off to an AWESOME start. Having an AMAZING time encouraging and praising the effort of each friend. The teamwork, sense of accomplishment, and nonstop smiles are truly priceless! So far we have experienced beach ball soccer, balloon sports, our version of cross fit, how yummy healthy snacks can be, and the importance of muscle tone. Most of all we have experienced lots of FUN with our FRIENDS while getting FIT!!!  Check out our CrossFit video from program on 7.16.15 on Facebook!
