The GiGi University programs are innovative and educational programs for adults with Down syndrome. These programs are offered free of charge and focus on career development with emphasis on confidence, computer skills, customer service, team building, health and wellness. The GiGi University programs are designed to motivate and train adults with Down syndrome to achieve their highest potential.
GiGi Prep is designed to prepare adults (18 and older) with Down syndrome for professional readiness through the introduction to and development of skills including money management, public speaking, customer service, team building and wellness while preparing them for GiGi University.
GiGi University provides enhanced training and skills practice, preparing learners (18 and older) with Down syndrome to prepare them for professional readiness through the development and application of skills including interviewing, money management, public speaking, customer service, computer skills, team building and wellness.
Studio Internship provides graduates of GiGi U a 15-week Career Skills Training Program to continue their learning in a retail business setting while gaining crucial experience in customer service, money handling, team building, and computer skills while building their resume.

Expectations for participation:
Progression toward achievement of goals throughout the programs involvement, completion of homework assignments and skills practice, parent involvement, attendance at meetings, and support for program activities.

- Receive a personalized resume highlighting their skills and abilities
- Receive a referral to potential work opportunities based on the participant’s interests, skills and abilities
