Chef Chris Hall will prepare a six course meal for up to ten guests in KOR (Knights of the Revelry Signature Wine Room) at his restaurant, Local Three.  Wine Pairings for all six courses will be provided by Clay Mauritson, Mauritson Estate Wines, who will work closely with Chef Hall to ensure the perfect wine accompanies for each course.
