Noah’s Best of All
Noah participates in Virtual Language Music N Our Peeps (LMNOP). His mom shares his story and the impact of GiGi’s Virtual Playhouse.
“We love the virtual LMNOP classes! Noah is only 7 months old, and he is one of 4 children, so to say life can get hectic is an understatement, and to have the option and accessibility to pop on to a computer and engage with him and others has proven to be a wonderful option for us!”
best of all is continual, measurable, celebrated and it never ends. It is a daily challenge to do a little better than you did the day before and it’s always celebrated.
“So far, our “best of all” moment is EVERY moment. As corny as that might sound, from all the uncertainty we have had from Noah’s prenatal diagnosis, to his heart surgery, to overcoming Covid and RSV, we simply celebrate every little thing he does, whether it’s tracking objects, grabbing and transferring toys, trying new foods, or completing an entire LMNOP class without having to stop or break focus. Every “routine” moment with Noah is a “best of all!
We enjoy GiGi’s for everything it represents! Inclusion, compassion, growth, understanding and most of all FUN! To engage in an activity with other typical and atypical children and their families is a gift and a reminder that we are not alone, and that we are a mighty community of fierce love and determination!”

She was eager to find something fun and meaningful to do with him before returning to work. However, life had other plans. “We came home from the NICU during winter sickness season and were trying to…
Finding purpose through volunteering
Volunteering virtually is such a great way to make an impact in your community. But don’t take our word for it. Let’s hear from Marisa, our Kid’s Club Program Leader this summer, about why she got involved and how she feels about her volunteer role with GiGi’s Virtual Playhouse. “I wanted to connect with people…
Community & Friendship
During Covid when we first launched Virtual programming, we never realized how many new families we would begin to reach! Many families do not live close to a brick and mortar playhouse and because of this they were unable to take advantage of GiGi’s free purposeful programming and meet other families like theirs. But now…
