VIRTUAL YOGA IN 2021: excerpt below from Diana Taggart, E-RYT 200, YACEP

We’re back! Shine yoga, llc thrilled to be offering VIRTUAL Teen Yoga (ages 10-17yr) and VIRTUAL Adult Yoga (ages 18yr+) classes online with GiGi’s Playhouse Raleigh once again. As some of you may know, I took some time off to welcome the newest addition to our family, Luna. You may see her from time to time in class along with her big brother, Calvin. He loves GiGi’s Playhouse too!

  • Adult Yoga (18+) is offered the first and third Tuesday of every month from 4:30-5:15PM (starting 3/16/21)
  • Teen Yoga (10-17) is every Wednesday from 4:30-5:15PM (starting 3/17/21)

Mark your calendars & be sure to RSVP via the GiGi’s Playhouse Raleigh online calendar. After you RSVP, a virtual link will be e-mailed to you that you will use to join the yoga session at it’s start time.

Each class focuses on movement, breathing, social skills, communication skills and learning body awareness. Did you know you can do tree pose standing, seated and laying down? We also play yoga games once a month to review what we learned. Who doesn’t love freeze dance, Zoom Around the Room and This or That?!
