I’ve learned so much from volunteering at GiGi’s and made lots of new friends

I first volunteered at GiGi’s two years ago for their summer camp. I immediately fell in love with it! The environment was so positive and encouraging, and I knew on the first day that I’d be back. There’s a strong sense of community between everyone there. I volunteer at GiGi’s because it makes me happy and I love helping participants learn and grow. At the Playhouse, we embrace each other’s differences and share a message of acceptance. We celebrate all victories-even the little ones. It’s amazing to see how GiGi’s has transformed the lives of so many people through these empowering programs. I’ve learned so much from volunteering at GiGi’s and made lots of new friends. I truly think that it’s made me a better person. It’s so rewarding to see kids gain confidence in themselves, and GiGi’s makes it possible for thousands of families to ensure that their children are reaching their full potential. GiGi’s Playhouse means a lot to me, and I’m so lucky to volunteer there.
