“Becoming Your Best of All”

At GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix, we support parents and caregivers giving our participants the time to become comfortable. It is all part of learning at their own pace. Becoming your “best of all” takes a different route for each of us and it is NOT one size fits all! A great story to illustrate this is our GiGiFIT participant Ryan.

Ryan came to the GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix for the first time in December 2021.   Although he was hesitant at first, he has flourished in GiGiFIT Adult.   He is now our “go to” IT guy in GiGiFIT, and always gets the computer set up for the online participants. Furthermore, he comes to class with a positive attitude and sets a great example for the rest of our participants to drink water throughout our workout.  For the month of February, we challenged each other to try a different fruit or veggie infused drink, he came to class on Tuesday eager to tell everyone about his strawberry water, and even finished three glasses during our workout.  Ryan is positive, motivated, and excited to be a part of GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix.  He is almost always the first to arrive and the last to leave and his parents are already asking about the dates for the next session of GiGiFIT. He is a testimonial to a GiGi’s Participant who demonstrates giving his “Best of All” whenever he is at the Playhouse. Ryan’s parents are a testimony to giving their child the time and space to be comfortable and to engage in their own timeframe.
