Why does Aniya like GiGiFIT?

“I like GiGiFit Adult because it is fun and challenges me,” said Anaiya. She worked her way through an obstacle course while trying new movements and challenges. When she finished, she worked out using a jump rope and laughed with her friends. This Fitness program is designed to support the unique needs of our adult participants physical needs and it is socially motivating and fun!
