Fitness Party with Friday Friends

On Friday night, Friday Friends hosted a Fitness Party with our local partner Heroic Fitness! Yoga, dancing, boxing and kale smoothies were just some of the exciting options for our adults to try! A massive candlelit yoga session broke out in the Playhouse, which was the perfect way to end an evening of intense workouts!

And what workout would be complete without a KALE smoothie?! Our adults enjoyed these green energizing smoothies  after a pretty intense kickboxing session.

All in all, it was a great night filled with energy, friendship and healthy choices! We can’t wait to see what our next Friday Friends outing has in store…
