Become a tutor at GiGi’s Playhouse!!!

GiGi’s Playhouse is looking for dedicated tutors!!! The GiGi’s Playhouse Literacy and Math Tutoring Programs are based on proven methodologies from professionals in the field. This highly individualized program provides custom-made materials relevant to each student’s level of learning, interest and age. The focus extends from sight word recognition to matching, selecting and naming, phonics, comprehension, number recognition and knowledge of addition and subtraction rules. Tutors work one-on-one with each student, preparing for school readiness, vocational transition and independent lives. Students three years of age and older are eligible for this free program.
There are four 10-week tutoring sessions per year.  Tutors and students register before each session and are matched up based on the days/times they are available. Our winter tutoring session runs from Monday, January 11th – Sunday, March 20th.

COMMIT AT LEAST 60 MINUTES, ONE DAY PER WEEK FOR THE 10 WEEK SESSION!!! MUST BE OVER 18!!!

NO EDUCATION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! TRAINING AND SUPPORT PROVIDED BY GIGI’S PLAYHOUSE!!!
