Volunteer Spotlight: Veronica, parent and program leader

Veronica is an active parent at our Playhouse with her 4 year old daughter Selma. When she saw that we may have to cancel a program when we didn’t have a program coordinator she stepped right in! When asked why she decided to become a program leader Veronica states, “I want to give back to our community, there are so many programs available and I was worried that some would disappear if we didn’t get help.” We so appreciate all our volunteers, especially our parents. When asked about the best part of being a program leader Veronica shares, “I like working with different age groups, I like seeing how they progress over the years.” If you would be interested in becoming a program leader, program assistant or would like to be a coordinator or join our board please contact the Playhouse at foxvalley@gigisplayhouse.org.
