October 25th- Matteo and Mayfe

“Our first boy Matteo was born on March 17^th 2013, he was the most wished baby after trying to conceive almost for a year.  When he finally got here and the diagnosis was confirmed a few days later we were very scared about the future for him.  We certainly had no idea or knowledge about Ds, we decided to only focus in loving and cuddling this baby and we took it one day at a time.   I like to think about Matteo like a little caterpillar, he is coming out of the chrysalis with a lot of work,but he is transforming into a beautiful butterfly and learning on spreading his wings big and tall.  6 years later I can see the sweetest boy ever. He’s the older brother of Milan (5) and Marcus (1)

Matteo enjoys going to literacy tutoring, Family Fun Night, Destination Discovery, the Hispanic Playgroup and Dance at GiGi’s Playhouse Fox Valley
