A Day At Open Play

What an awesome day today was with some amazing families who showed up for Open Play this morning! Two of our regulars, Maddie and Beckett, came to hang out and I am having a blast getting to know them. One very important thing I’ve learned thus far is the importance of knowing participant’s likes, strengths, and interests. Getting to know every child and teen that walks through the door at GiGi’s Playhouse Fox Valley is something I have been striving for. Moreover, I truly want our friends here to know that they are worth so much, loved, and have their own talents and personalities that they should let shine here at the playhouse!
