Volunteer At Our GiGi Prep Program

GiGi’s Playhouse Detroit is launching our new adult education program: GiGi Prep. Participants with Down syndrome will learn important adult living skills in the areas of nutrition, fitness, communication, mental health and many more!
How You Can Help
We need volunteers to help our program leaders during the various classes! We need help on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 – 11AM. You can pick one or both days to come in. Our Playhouse is located in Southfield at 19799 W 12 Mile Road.

Fulfill Hours Needed For Graduation The program instructed by a CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist). You can use the time you volunteer for this program towards the hours required for your certification.
