Meet the New Program Leaders – Destination Discovery

Destination Discovery is a brand new program, launched this spring at GiGi’s Playhouse Detroit. We have tremendous gratitude for the two brave women who have taken it on and are doing a fabulous job so far!

Introducing Amanda and Jaclyn…

What is your favorite type of food?

Amanda: Italian

Jackie: Middle Eastern

If you could travel in time, what decade would you visit, and where?

Amanda: 1900 in Italy to see where my family came from!

Jackie: The future, somewhere in Europe! 

What excites you about this program?

Both: Destination discovery excites us because we get to expose the kids to a variety of different activities from gross motor to sensory and help them find new fun ways to learn! This program is great because it fits a ton of short activities into the day and we can find different interests for each of the kids.

Destination Discovery supports the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills and language through purposeful play and peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also brings families together to share experiences and build relationships. Recommended for All Ages.
