Friends, Fun & Fitness: Tone It With Toni – Chair Cardio & Strength Workout 9:30am-10:15am

This program will be meeting at the Playhouse with a limited number (6) of participants  (plus only 1 parent/guardian per participant.) We will also offer a virtual option for those not ready to visit us in person. Please submit a RSVP below based on your attendance preference. Should you choose the virtual option a link to join the virtual experience will be emailed to you.

Join Coach Toni for a modified chair fitness class! We will get our bodies moving with 30 minutes of cardio & strength exercises done with the assistance of a chair & towel.
