Under the guidance of program leaders, participants will engage in activities designed to promote healthy eating habits, kitchen safety awareness, food preparation skills, self-confidence, and social skills by applying learned skills as they prepare and enjoy a shared meal/snack!

We love getting to provide a variety of programs for our participants! Enrollment base programming, like the programs above, do have limited space. Please read through the applications as you are filling them out to ensure you understand what is required. If your individual is not going to consistently be able to join us for the enrollment based program that you are interested in, they will be taking a spot from another individual who would be able to attend each lesson/session. Please keep this in mind as your apply for programming.
