The Wonderful Impact of GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix!

GiGi‘s Playhouse Phoenix has had such a wonderful impact on my life!

I have Cerebral Palsy and know what it’s like firsthand to live every day with a disability. Since I have my own story to tell with my individual journey, I wanted to figure out a way that I could give back to a community of people who have the biggest hearts, no matter their condition or ability and GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix has been that place for me!

GiGi’s has given me the gift, not only to see my own abilities, but to be able to share it with others. It is just the community where I can thrive knowing that I’m making a difference in so many other people’s lives.

Living with a disability isn’t easy, but it is truly gift. Not only do I know what it’s like every single day to live with a disability, but I also get to walk in the light of others and change them just by putting a smile on their face.

This place has really been my community from the volunteers to the families we serve. I’ve seen it firsthand where every young child or young adult has a space where they can thrive and just be themselves. After volunteering at GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix, I leave there always knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s life
