Journey to Meaningful emPloyment (JuMP)

March was one of those months that reminds you exactly why this work matters. Our GiGi Professionals had the incredible opportunity to spend time with the Arizona Cardinals Foundation. They toured the space, shared a meal together, and connected with Bob Hamer, Executive Director of the Cardinals Foundation, who gave us a deeper look into the heart behind the foundation’s work.

Experiences like this are more than just visits… they are real opportunities for our professionals to engage with their community, build confidence, and practice the social and professional skills they are developing in their courses. They showed up with intention, authenticity, and a strong sense of purpose, representing GiGi’s with pride.

We are incredibly proud of how they continue to step into these spaces, create connections, and demonstrate what true inclusion looks like. This is what it means to prepare for the workforce and to be active, valued members of the community.

This is only the start to GiGi’s Journey to Meaningful emPloyment (JuMP)

Thank you to the Arizona Cardinals Foundation for hosting our GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix Professionals and offering a purposeful and meaningful experience.
