Education is this month’s theme! My friends and I love to have fun at GiGi’s while we learn many new things! My family and many others love that we are always learning and growing each time we come because of the great programs, awesome volunteers, and each other💙💛.

Meet my friend Allie. Her favorite program is Kids Club. Allie loves when they sing songs and learn about things😀. The songs and the friend with her guitar are Allie’s favorites (I love the guitar and singing songs also)! Allie’s favorite foods are applesauce, chicken nuggets dipped in ranch, and French fries too! Allie’s mom and dad call her Bear as a nickname❤️. Allie’s favorite toy is her baby doll and her bed. She loves to put her baby to bed for a nap. She loves to pretend to feed her and take her for rides in her stroller💕💕. Allie loves GiGi’s because it’s fun to meet new friends and learn new things! Allie loves that they are able to go and have fun at GiGi’s and everyone is so nice. She likes to meet new families and learn from them.

Meet my little friend River. She is almost 5 months old and her favorite program is the Wednesday morning Language, Music’N Our Peeps (LMNOP) Program. It is the only class she has been to! River’s favorite food is breast milk (it’s all she has ever eaten)😀. River doesn’t have an official nickname but she is called lots of silly names by her family, like Rivy, Divy, and Squish! ( I think silly names are the best😀). River’s favorite toy is a raccoon stuffy. River’s mom says she seems to love looking at all the new faces she sees when they go to GiGi’s❤️. River’s mom says she is most grateful that there is a place for her beautiful daughter (she is so cute) where she can meet other people who have Down syndrome. She is grateful she gets to be around families that have been part of this community for a long time already and are so loving and welcoming to their family. They feel like they belong there and that is a good feeling💕💙💛💕
