“Just Do It”! Join in on another evening of fun and fitness with our Tennis “Pros” at GiGi’s Playhouse on Friday evening from 6:00-7:00PM. You will have fun meeting new friends and joining in on a fun hour of fitness.
Friends, Fun, & Fitness is a fitness program designed for individuals with Down Syndrome ages 10+ years old. This program is designed to promote physical fitness and facilitate social interaction and positive peer relationships through purposeful physical activities.

All programs at GiGi’s Playhouse are free of charge.
