CrossFit At-Home Program Page
Welcome to the (virtual) program page for: Friends, Fun, & Fitness: CrossFit. This program promotes physical fitness and facilitates social interaction and positive peer relationships through purposeful physical activities for adolescents and adults. Fitness activities include: squats, sit-ups, press over head, deadlift, plate ground to overhead, step ups, burpees, rowing, push-ups, lunges, and more!
This page will be updated weekly with new workouts & video tutorials for our friends who want to be involved in this online exercise program. In each video, one of our amazing CrossFit volunteers will demonstrate the exercises for each workout to ensure our participants are using the correct form while engaging in this program at home!
This program would not be possible without the dedication of our CrossFit program leaders, Kaitlyn Russell & Lauren Atkinson! They are continuously working on getting workout plans & videos ready for our GiGi’s Athletes!
