3 2 1 Dash For Down Syndrome 5K

On June 12th GiGi’s Playhouse Nashville hosted our first 3 2 1 Dash For Down Syndrome 5K in Shelby Park.  We had over 200 runners and walkers come out to support GiGi’s Playhouse Nashville for this event.  Everyone had an amazing time we had games, face painting, Sam the Balloon Man, the Kona Ice truck.  The most inspirational part of the day was when our 30 dashers raced to the finish line as everyone cheered them on!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our event! We are so grateful to our awesome runners, walkers, dashers, families, friends, donors, volunteers, and Board of Managers who helped make our first Dash for Down Syndrome 5K a great event!

We want to shout a BIG thank you to our sponsors:

Pediatric Associates of Franklin, The Children’s Hospital at TriStar Centennial, Pinnacle Financial Partners, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, dpb photography, Enterprise Solutions, Kona Ice Music City, Panera Bread, Bruegger’s Bagels, Sams Club, and Costco!
