Participant Best of All: Emme A.

At GiGi’s Playhouse Milwaukee, Best of All is a celebration of continuous improvement and perseverance. It’s about achieving your personal best, no matter how big or small the milestone. Every accomplishment is recognized and celebrated, because every step forward builds confidence, pride, and joy. Our participants inspire us every day with their determination, and this October, we’re thrilled to spotlight one amazing little girl who embodies the spirit of “Best of All”, Emme A.!

On Saturday mornings, Emme lights up GiGi’s Playhouse Milwaukee as she joins her friends for GiGiFIT for ages 0–4. Our incredible program leaders design fun and purposeful activities that help build strength, coordination, and confidence in our youngest participants. Over the past year, Emme has shown tremendous growth – moving from scooting to crawling to now walking comfortably with a helping hand! Her dedication and joyful energy make every GiGiFIT session brighter, and her progress reminds us of the amazing potential that shines through consistent effort and encouragement.

Emme’s growth doesn’t stop there! She’s also been shining in the Amina Grace Speech & Language program, where she’s making wonderful strides using American Sign Language (ASL). She’s now combining two signs, like “all done book” and “more song,” and has started approximating more spoken words such as “cat,” “cookie,” “splash,” “book,” “more,” and “all done.” Each new sign and sound is a reason to celebrate, reflecting her hard work, her family’s support, and the power of our inclusive community. We’re so proud of you, Emme, your progress and positivity truly represent the Best of All!
