Brewing Acceptance at the Tri-21 Beer Launch with Component Brewing Co.
At GiGi’s Playhouse Milwaukee, we believe community is built on acceptance, support, and shared celebration. This past month, we saw that vision come to life with the third launch of Tri-21 Beer, a special brewing from our friends at Component Brewing Co.
Named in honor of Trisomy 21, the extra chromosome that creates Down syndrome, Tri-21 Beer is more than just a beverage—it’s a symbol of awareness and advocacy. Component Brewing Co. has generously partnered with us to shine a spotlight on our mission of changing the way the world views Down syndrome and spreading a message of acceptance for all. They have put a tasty spin on the recipe developed by Griffin Claw Brewing out of Detroit, Michigan.
Community at Its Best
The launch event was filled with laughter, conversations, and shared community excitement. Local supporters, families, and friends gathered not only to taste a new beer but to raise a glass to inclusion. Every pint poured helps fuel the programs and services that GiGi’s Playhouse Milwaukee offers—always free—to individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
Why It Matters
Partnerships like this remind us that acceptance is built when communities come together in creative, meaningful ways. By tying their craft and passion for brewing to our mission, the team at Component Brewing Co. has opened the door for more people to learn, connect, and support.
Thank You, Component Brewing Co.
We’re grateful for Component Brewing Co.’s heart for inclusion and for using their platform to bring people closer to our cause. Every time someone enjoys Tri-21 Beer, they’re joining a larger movement—one that celebrates individuals with Down syndrome and promotes a world where everyone belongs.
So here’s to good beer, strong community, and acceptance for all. Cheers!
