Thank you. Two simple words with so much meaning behind them. I say them so many times a day it might seem like a reflex, but I truly mean it every time. Without all my wonderfully generous volunteers who donate their time and talents to the Playhouse, GiGi’s Playhouse Hillsborough wouldn’t be the amazing place that it has become.

At every volunteer orientation, volunteers are told that, “Your health, happiness and safety are just as important to me as that of the program participants; and I never want you doing something that you are not comfortable doing.” Since that day I hope you have found your “place” at the Playhouse and have enjoyed volunteering and will continue to keep coming back.

As the Playhouse Manager I rely on volunteers to help me staff programs and special events, keep the doors open when I can’t be here and even keep it clean. Every thank you offered is said with sincerity and a knowing that you, our volunteers, are a big part of what makes GiGi’s Playhouse Hillsborough a second home to so many. So… THANK YOU!
