November 1- Nancy and GiGi

For the month of November GiGi’s Playhouse Fox Valley will be recognizing people/organizations/businesses that help us change the way the world sees Down syndrome.

On this first day of thanks we would like to thank our chief belief officer and founder of GiGi’s playhouse, Nancy Gianni, and her daughter, GiGi.

Nancy writes: “As I carried her up the stairs, I made a promise to her that I would change the way the world looked at a person with Down syndrome; that I would help people understand that she and all of her friends were so much more than a diagnosis.”

We thank you both for being our inspiration to be accepting, be generous, be kind and to keep those values at the forefront of what we do at GiGi’s Playhouse every day.
