Fin’s Journey

Our third session of GiGi University started last week and we have a mascot, Fin! Fin is a dolphin and dolphins are smart and work together, just like our GiGi University students! This past weekend, Joe, took Fin on many adventures. The following is the report Joe typed. Come back next week to read about Fin’s adventure over the holiday weekend!

On Wednesday night me and Fin played video games, read some comics books, and then listened to music it was a great night.

On Thursday we went to the Ted Nugent concert and we had a blast!

On Friday me, Fin, and my family went to the Huntington library.  Fin saw two turtles and also meet a frog, sat on top of the world, climbed a tree. Then he was pushed in a basket and then he wanted a drink from the vending machine.  Fin also saw an actor from his favorite book series… Alan Rickman.  Next we went to Starbucks where we enjoyed a strawberry refresher and a green tea frap. Fin enjoyed both of them.

Next stop was GiGi’s Playhouse for cooking club. We made chicken salad wraps and it was mine and Fin’s first time to have chicken salad, it made us croak!

Then on Saturday me and Fin listened to more music and he helped me decorate my GiGi U binder. It was a great time.

On Sunday we went to church, came back home listened to the cubs game.  It was just a lazy day. Then got my things around for GiGi U. I had a great time with Fin over the weekend. Can’t wait to do it again really soon.
