Volunteer Appreciation Month – Hadlee Hanson

April is Volunteer Appreciation Month, and at GiGi’s Playhouse we are so thankful for our volunteers! GiGi’s Playhouse Fargo is 99% volunteer ran in both programs and daily operations. GiGi’s wanted to take the opportunity to feature our wonderful volunteers and thank them for all the hard work investing in our program participants and their families!

Shout out to Hadlee Hanson a current math tutor volunteer! Hadlee is invested in GiGi’s because she absolutely loves working with kids! She feels that each and every child deserves an education no matter what challenges stand in the way, and tutoring at GiGi’s allows her to act on this belief. Hadlee has been truly impacted every time she steps in to GiGi’s Playhouse! “One of my favorite memories this spring is when my student was working for a Twix Bar (her favorite candy), she achieved the Twix Bar and then hugged me thanking me for being her teacher! The little things like this are so simple, yet so impactful,” stated by Hanson.

Thank you Hadlee for educating, inspiring, and believing in GiGi’s program participants!
