Get Ready for the 2025 GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge: Dash for a Decade! 🏃‍♀️💛💙

The big day is almost here! We are thrilled to welcome participants, families, volunteers, and supporters to the 2025 GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge (GFAC) on September 28, 2025. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of this unforgettable day of fun, fitness, and fundraising!

Registration + Check-In: Starts at 9:30 am

Check-in begins at 9:30 AM at the registration tables, organized by last name for smooth processing.

• Day-of Registration: A separate line will be available for anyone registering on the day of the event.
• Payment Options: We accept card, cash, and check for both donations and registrations on-site.
• T-Shirts & Cheer Kits: If you ordered a t-shirt or won the cheer kit incentive, you can pick up your items during check-in or during designated pick-up times during the week (TBD). Stay tuned for updates!

Event Schedule

10:15 AM – 5K Fun Run Begins
Lace up your sneakers and hit the new paved route! We’ll have signs and a pace vehicle leading the way to keep everyone on track.

11:00 AM – Program

• Stretching led by GiGiFIT Crew – Get warmed up and ready!
• National Anthem by Teen Tastic – Celebrate our community and mission.
• 1-Mile Inspiration Walk Begins – Ending with the Dash for Down Syndrome, a special moment for our youngest participants.

12:00 PM – Family Festival
Bring the whole family and enjoy:

• Face painting
• A fun photobooth
• Jumbo’s food truck
• Tons of vendors
• Bouncy houses & yard games
  …and so much more!

1:30 PM – Event Ends
Wrap up a day full of smiles, movement, and meaningful memories.

Parking & Accessibility

Ample parking is available on-site. Accessible entrances and restrooms are provided for all participants. Volunteers will be on hand to guide you to the correct areas.
