We offer the GiGiFIT Programs three sessions per year:
- Spring session: January - May
- Summer session: June- August
- Fall session: September- December
If your local Playhouse offers the GiGiFIT program you are interested in, please apply through them. If your local Playhouse is not offering the GiGiFIT program you are interested in, please apply through Virtual Playhouse.

Are you ready to start your journey to a Healthier U? It is never too early to start your fitness and wellness journey! GiGiFIT has programs for infants through adults! Did you know strengthening your infant’s core will help their speech?
The GiGiFIT programs are designed to address common issues for individuals with Down syndrome including hypotonia, excessive joint laxity, and decreased balance. Every GiGiFIT program is safe, effective, and progressive. GiGiFIT helps participants build strength, endurance, power, joint stability, balance, and movement control. GiGiFIT empowers participants to be more independent and confident in their abilities while improving their overall health and wellness!
No matter your age and ability GiGiFIT is the program to support you!

WHY
Our FREE GiGiFIT programs combine activities with a strong fitness focus and an ultimate goal of success and improved movement designed by a physical therapist. GiGiFIT was created in collaboration with skilled Physical Therapists who work specifically with individuals with Down syndrome.
