GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago – Guests on the Moxie OT Podcast

This month we are celebrating Down Syndrome Awareness Month!

Tune in and learn more about the role of occupational therapy at GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago on the Moxie OT podcast. In this podcast, Jenny Popova (Board President and volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago) and Hannah Hartz (volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago) discuss how they apply their skills as occupational therapists to guide programming at the Playhouse.

The Moxie OT Podcast invites occupational therapy practitioners, consumers of occupational therapy, and friends of occupational therapists to talk about evidence-based practices that support children, youth, and adults participate in what they love to do. The Moxie OT Podcast seeks to provide evidence-based resources to build the moxie of OT advocates.

Huge thank you to Sarah Zera and Moxie OT team for making this opportunity happen for us. Sarah Zera, OTD, OTR/L is the host of the Moxie OT podcast. Moxie OT is a pandemic project she took on with her husband. Sarah has been an occupational therapist for 20 years and has worked primarily with adults with disabilities.
