Thrive Friendship Meet Raises Support and Spirits for GiGi’s Playhouse Annapolis

Celebrating community, inclusion, and partnership through gymnastics 

The 2025 Thrive Gymnastics Friendship Meet was a huge success—and we are incredibly grateful to be the beneficiary of this inspiring event! The meet brought together athletes, families, and supporters in a joyful celebration of inclusion, teamwork, and giving back. 

Thank you to the entire Thrive community for your generosity and partnership. Your support directly impacts the free, purposeful programming we provide at GiGi’s Playhouse Annapolis, and we are excited to continue building a strong, lasting relationship with Thrive. 

A heartfelt thank-you goes to Lynne Markowitz, our dedicated super-volunteer, who goes above and beyond to coordinate GiGi’s Playhouse participants at the event and ensure everything runs smoothly on our end. Lynne’s passion and organization make our presence at the meet both meaningful and memorable. 

We also want to recognize Hailey Wilberger, whose generosity toward GiGi’s Playhouse and exceptional leadership within Thrive Gymnastics truly shine. Hailey embodies the spirit of community and inclusion, and we’re honored to work alongside her. 

The Thrive Friendship Meet is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of what happens when communities come together with open hearts and shared purpose.
