Thank You For Another Great Session of Speech: Spring 2024

THANK YOU (from left to right) to Victoria, Dr. O’Quin, and Virginia from Governors State University for another session of the Amina Grace Speech and Language Program! We concluded the Spring 2024 session this month. Victoria and Virginia are Masters level students studying to become speech pathologists and through this collaboration with Governors State and the Amina Grace Memorial Fund make speech therapy services available to our families!

Since starting this collaboration in 2023, our Playhouse has provided 500 hours of FREE speech therapy! Speech therapy is a valuable resource for individuals with Down syndrome as it helps support and improve and develop speech, language and communication skills. We are excited to continue offering the Amina Grace Speech and Language Program with our next summer session starting next week!
