October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month! Today we are celebrating our friend Henry!

Henry

Our first visit to GiGi’s was when Henry and his twin, Violet, were around 6 weeks old. Henry was diagnosed with Down syndrome at a few days old so we were happy to have a GiGi’s so close that we could visit right away. We brought the whole extended family and it was wonderful. Our older daughters loved interacting with the other siblings and playing at the Playhouse. The babies were fawned over, and we were welcomed by Diane and the other 2 & Under families with open arms – as we are every time we visit. The babies are now 9 months old. We look forward to many, many years of fun, learning, and camaraderie with the GiGi’s family! -Danielle, Henry’s Mom
